Dark Day’s are Here Again

I invite you to revisit the first few years I was diagnosed with Bipolar I Disorder followed by what happened when I was discharged.  Follow along as I read a section from my first book "Bipolar No More: A Memoir of Hope and Recovery".  This will give you an idea of what it was like early on for me learning to live with this mental illness.  It was challenging for me to read and maybe for you to listen to, but necessary to understand my life living with a diagnosis.
