Happy 25th Year Anniversary

May 24th, 2026 marks my 25th year anniversary of being diagnosed with Bipolar 1  Disorder.  This unexpected journey has taken me to places mentally and physically that I have never anticipated seeing.  Todays podcast is a chapter from my 1st book titled (Bipolar no more, A memoir of hope and recovery).  The chapter is called "Diagnosis".  For those with sensitive ears, be aware this podcast may hard to listen to at times.
